Amanda brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the financial management of civil engineering projects, spanning road and bridge construction, marine works, and large-scale subdivisional developments.
Her role has long combined strategic financial oversight with high-level administrative leadership, reflecting her deep expertise in accounts management, legal and tender documentation, regulatory compliance, and payroll operations.
Appointed CEO in 2025, Amanda now leads Advance Civil Engineering into its next generation of growth, drawing on decades of industry knowledge, strong governance capability, and a lifelong commitment to the family business. She leads her team with curiosity, courage, and integrity—qualities that drive innovation, resilience, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.
Duties include:
- Leading and mentoring the Advance Civil Engineering team
- Overseeing all financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis
- Providing governance and compliance oversight
- Driving strategic planning and long-term business direction
- Supporting project delivery, operational efficiency, and organisational growth
