Will started in the construction industry working in the family owned precast concrete business. Since then Will has gone on to working in the mining and heavy industrial industry. Will has been working at Advance since late 2019.
Projects overseen include:
- Kambolgie Creek Bridge, Gimbat Road.
- McArthur River Bridges, Tablelands Highway
- Adeliade River Floodplain Bridges, Arnhem Highway
- Rocky Creek Bridge, Robinson Road
- Frances Bay Lock Gate Maintenance.
- Supervision on various NT mining sites.
- Palmerston Regional Hospital.
