Kellie commenced her career in the early childhood development sector as a director for a large organization in Queensland. During this period, Kellie developed a strong leadership and understanding of Australian standards/regulations and legislative requirements and the development of workplace procedures and policies. After returning to the Northern Territory, Kellie was re-introduced to the construction industry and undertook a Certificate IV in Project Management to further develop her management skills.
Kellie’s understanding of standards and regulations has allowed for a seamless integration into her role as the quality manager within Advance Civil Engineering and the construction industry.
Duties include:
- • Quality management of current projects
- • Liaise with environmental and safety consultants
- • Develop and implement quality management systems
- • Develop and implement policy and procedures
- • Risk analysis development
- • Supplier and Subcontractor relations
- • Liaise and coordinate with project teams
