About
After a construction career spanning Victoria and Papua New Guinea, Keith founded Advance Civil Engineering in Darwin in May 1980. From its early beginnings, the company has delivered essential civil works across the Northern Territory—including remote and isolated communities—in support of civil engineering, mining, and infrastructure development.
Under Keith’s leadership, Advance has grown into a respected medium-sized private civil engineering company, recognised for delivering high-quality infrastructure services primarily to the Northern Territory Government. His vision, work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way remain the foundation of the business today.
Projects overseen include:
- Arnhem Highway
- Saddle Creek - Victory Highway- Construct 2 bridges and road upgrade
- Cullen Bay - Install new Pontoon & Ganway
- Stokes Hill Wharf - Refurbishment
